Characteristics of waste gas: large air volume and low concentration
Source of waste gas: organized waste gas from printing ovens and laminating machine ovens; Unorganized waste gas from printing workshop and inking room
Waste gas components: ethyl acetate, n-Propyl Acetate, butanone, isopropanol, ethanol, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate
Process scheme: unorganized capture + zeolite rotor concentration + organized air reduction and concentration + rotary RTO + waste heat recovery
Waste heat recycling methods: hot water recycling, steam recycling, hot air recycling, heat transfer oil recycling
Waste gas concentration: 400mg/m³~5000mg/m³
