Zeolite Rotor

The zeolite rotor is divided into three zones: adsorption zone, desorption zone and cooling zone. When low concentration waste gas passes through the adsorption area, VOCs in it are adsorbed, and the waste gas is directly discharged after purification. When the zeolite rotor is saturated, it enters the desorption area and is desorbed and regenerated by a small amount of high temperature (180-220 ℃) hot air. The zeolite rotor passing through the desorption area enters the cooling area for cooling, and then enters the adsorption area again to adsorb VOCs, which goes round and round to achieve the purpose of purifying waste gas. The concentration ratio of waste gas is 5-30 times, and the purification rate is 95-98%. Its working principle is shown in the following figure.The zeolite rotor is mainly used for adsorption and concentration of low concentration exhaust gas, and the concentrated high concentration exhaust gas can be introduced into RTO for treatment.
