Rotary Concentrator

The Rotary Concentrator is divided into three zones: the adsorption zone, the desorption zone, and the cooling zone. When low-concentration waste gas passes through the adsorption area, VOCs in it are adsorbed, and the waste gas is directly discharged after purification. When the Rotary Concentrator is saturated, it enters the desorption area and is desorbed and regenerated by a small amount of high-temperature (180-220 ℃) hot air. The Rotary Concentrator, passing through the desorption area, enters the cooling area for cooling and then returns to the adsorption area to adsorb VOCs, repeating this process to achieve the purpose of purifying waste gas. The concentration ratio of waste gas is 5-30 times, and the purification rate is 95-98%. Its working principle is shown in the following figure. The Rotary Concentrator is mainly used for adsorption and concentration of low-concentration exhaust gas, and the concentrated high-concentration exhaust gas can be introduced into the RTO for treatment.
