Rotary RTO, also known as rotary regenerative thermal oxidizer. Its principle is to oxidize the combustible exhaust air into corresponding oxides and water under high temperature, so as to purify the exhaust and recycle the heat released during the decomposition of exhaust air. The decomposition efficiency of exhaust air is over 99.5%, and the heat recycle efficiency is over 97%. Rotary RTO is mainly composed of combustion chamber, ceramic packing bed and rotary valve. The furnace body is divided into 12 chambers, 5 inlet chambers, 5 outlet chambers, 1 cleaning chamber and 1 isolation chamber. The exhaust gas distribution valve is driven by a motor to rotate continuously and at a uniform speed. Under the action of the distribution valve, the exhaust gas slowly switches continuously between 12 chambers. When the concentration of exhaust air is high, the additional exchanger can be configured to turn exhaust air into fuel. Additional heat recycle options: hot air, hot water, steam and oil. The classic rotary valve RTO is the RTO equipment with the most application cases in our company. Its compact structure, stable operation, and high processing efficiency are suitable for exhaust gas treatment in various industries, such as printing, film coating, chemical and other industries.
