Yurcent's Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer Brings New Momentum to Safety Production in Hengshui's Ecological Environment Sector

Recently, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Hengshui City, Hebei Province held a special training conference on safety production in the ecological environment field. The event featured specialized lectures and on-site demonstrations on:

· "Safety Risks and Control Measures for Environmental Protection Facilities"

· "Safety Risk Management of RTO Systems"

Zhang Xing, Party Group Secretary and Director of Hengshui Ecological Environment Bureau, attended and addressed the meeting. Huang Zhaobiao, Chief Engineer of Yurcent Environment's Chemical Division, was invited to participate and share insights.

At the conference, Huang Zhaobiao elaborated on:

· Safety risk identification for RTO systems

· Key points for RTO system safety risk management

· He provided detailed explanations of common safety issues during RTO operation and shared Yuchang Environment's safety risk control and early warning measures during product operation.

During the on-site demonstration session, all participants visited a chemical company project in Hengshui that utilizes Yurcent Environment's solutions for observation and learning.

Since China's call for energy conservation and emission reduction development, the company has invested significant funds in waste gas treatment to achieve clean production and low-carbon development.

To this end, the company purchased three sets of Yurcent Environment's standard rotary valve RTO systems (20,000 Nm³/h each) in 2019, 2020, and 2021 respectively.

These systems treat waste gases generated during production processes, including:

· Benzene and xylene-containing gases

· Neutralization/acidification of waste gases

· Biochemical tank waste gases

· Cooling sedimentation tank waste gases

Since commissioning, the project has demonstrated excellent performance in both treatment effectiveness and operational costs, earning recognition from the enterprise and various stakeholders. It has helped the company become an advanced enterprise in waste gas treatment in Hengshui City.
