As one of the key projects of Yurcent Environment, the construction of four sets of 120,000 air volume RTO waste gas treatment systems and supporting gasifier projects has been fully launched.

RTO No. 1. Countdown to the completion of the main structure

Currently, the steel structure construction is over 90% complete, welding of the furnace body column bases is underway, various components have arrived on-site, and the electrical installation team is ready to begin the installation of the automated control system.

RTO No. 2. Core components are precisely in place

The main equipment is being hoisted and positioned, with the project team strictly supervising to ensure precise alignment. The construction of the gasifier is also nearing completion, with preparations for the next phase in full swing.

The rotary valve RTO technology, part of Yuchang Environment's third-generation technical system, can efficiently decompose VOCs and harmful gases in odors, addressing the urgent need for odor control in production.
