Recently, the general contracting project of treatment of ammonium sulfate and biochemical high concentration non condensable gas from a central enterprise in Lingshi County, undertaken by Yurcent, was ignited, marking the official operation of this project.
The project is located in Lingshi County, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, with a coking capacity of up to 2 million tons per year. The project mainly targets the cold drum section, ammonium sulfate section, phenol cyanide waste water and other areas, collects and preheats the VOCs generated by them. The core treatment device is the third generation technology RTO, Rotary valve RTO with a capacity of 50000m3/h.
The treated tail gas indicators of this project can meet the special emission limit standards for atmospheric pollutants in the "Emission Standards for Pollutants in Coking Chemical Industry" (GB16171-2012) and the requirements of the national ultra-low emission standards for coking industry. At the same time, this project has the characteristics of high safety, stability, and low operating energy consumption.
This exhaust gas treatment process has many advantages over the traditional process of "introducing exhaust gas into coke oven combustion"; Compared with traditional bed RTO technology, this project has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, low energy consumption, high safety and stability, and small footprint. And Rotary valve RTO solved many problems in the coking industry, such as difficult treatment and compliance of VOCs waste gas!
