Project case : Chongqing Technology Co. Ltd

1. Project background

Chongqing Technology Co. Ltd. Mainly produce conductive glass, color filter, LCD panel and capacitive touch screen for LCD displays, which are widely used in  the display panels for smartphone, tablet, PMP, digital camera, GPS navigator. The company continues to focus on the research and production of upstream material products in the flat panel display industry, and has obviously technological advantages.

2. Source and composition of the exhaust gas

The project mainly treats the VOCs exhaust gas from one RTR pilot line and related glue mixing room and coating room in the workshop. The exhaust gas of pilot line is about 11000m³/h. The exhaust gas of glue mixing room and coating room is 2700m³/h.

The main compositions of the exhaust gas are butanone, propylene glycol methyl ether, methyl isobutyl ketone, etc. After mixing, the average concentration is about 2800mg/m³.

Design scheme

This project includes an 8000Nm³/h Rotary Valve RTO and a 10000Nm³/h Zeolite Rotor to treat the related VOCs exhaust gas. The customer’s RTR pilot line has a total of 7 sections oven. The exhaust gas discharged from the first and the second high concentration ovens is directly sent to the Rotary Valve RTO for incineration treatment. The exhaust gas discharged from the last five low concentration ovens is cooled by exchanger and mixed with the exhaust gas from the glue mixing room and coating room, and enters the Zeolite Rotor for concentration, and then enters the RTO for incineration treatment. At the same time, the heat exchanged from the last five ovens and the RTO purified gas is used to preheat the RTR inlet exhaust gas, achieving the energy saving.

Project advantages:

The equipment is compact and occupies a small area, which not only solve the environmental problem, but also reduce the operation energy consumption of the customer’s pilot line.

Project effect

At present, this project has completed commissioning, runs stably, achieving various design indicators.
