“The meeting of new employees and instructors” of Yurcent Environment was successfully held

At 13:30, on March 24^th, 2023，the meeting of employees and instructors was organized by the company’s Human and Recourse Department was held in the 17^th floor of the R&D center.

The purpose of the activity is to close the distance between new employees and instructors, enhance the feelings between new employees and instructors, help new employees integrate into the group quickly, and improve their understanding of the company’s corporate culture, current situation and development prospects. 

Ren Linghui, the vice chairman and chief technology director, shared with everyone the transformation from student identity to work identity from his own prospective. He encouraged new people to seriously study, improve personal skills, and strive continuously in their youth!

Each group of new employees and instructors introduced themselves in turn, and the new employees were enthusiastic about the upcoming job challenges.

During the event, it was fortunate to invite Su Xiangyu, the chairman of the company, to explain in detail the company’s development history, the development prospects of the industry, the company’s current situation and the future development direction. He encouraged the new employees to learn professional skills from their teachers, improve their knowledge reserves, and contribute to the national environmental protection industry.
