The VOCs tail gas treatment project of No 1-4 coking furnace gas purification system of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Coking Plant, which was contracted by Yurcent Environment, was successfully started

On February 20,2023,General contracting for regenerative tower tail gas treatment system construction of the first phrase of No 1-4 coking furnace gas purification system optimization and reconstruction of coking plant of Gansu Jiu Steel Group Hongxing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., which was contracted by Xi’an Yurcent Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.,officially commenced.

This project adopts the third generation RTO technology Rotary Valve RTO independently developed by Xi’an Yurcent Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., which is the most advanced in China, as the core treatment device to carry out ultra-low emission control of the Coking Plant chemical escaping gas.

The construction of the project is conducive to improving the environmental conditions of plant area and the health of employees, with environmental, ecological and social benefits.

For this project, Yurcnet environment will construct 30000m³/h Rotary Valve RTO system, collection system, pretreatment system, piping engineering, etc. After the Collecting of the desulfurization area regenerative tail gas of chemical products, desulfurization tower rich liquid tank, foam tank and other parts, the summarized tail gas will be treated efficiently and up to standard according to the process of “ Pretreatment +Rotary Valve RTO incineration“. In the actual application, this process has achieved very good effects, which can meet higher environmental protection indicators requirements, and has the advantages of high safety, stability and compliance, and low operation consumption.

The tail gas index after treatment can reach H2S≤1mg/m³，NH3≤10mg/m³，Non-methane Total Hydrocarbon≤50mg/m³。
